What I really want people to understand about Sisters & Sequins is that it’s not just about the sequins, the fun events or networking. It’s about how we make women feel.
I have experienced loneliness, even while being surrounded by people. I know what it’s like to crave deeper conversations, more meaningful connections and to feel like you truly belong somewhere. That’s where this all began.
My background is varied, from corporate roles in buying, travel and health, to nutritional therapy, yoga and women’s wellbeing. My work now supports women through menopause, trauma, mental health, ADHD coaching and women’s health more broadly.
I’m also a big advocate for journaling, reading and connection as tools for wellbeing and growth, and I have a range of supportive journals launching this year to run alongside a thriving snail mail club.
Sisters & Sequins is a reflection of all of that. It’s about creating spaces where women don’t have to separate who they are from what they do. Where you can
talk about your business, but also your life, your challenges and your growth.
I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is when women come together in a genuine way. Not just to network, but to support, collaborate and lift each other up.
For me, this isn’t just business. It’s personal. And it always will be. Because when women feel connected, confident and supported, everything changes.
