Nature’s Alchemy Cards

Reawaken your connection to yourself, others, and the living world

What if the answers you’re looking for aren’t something to figure out, but something to notice?

Nature’s Alchemy Cards began with a simple but persistent question: how do we bring regenerative thinking out of theory and into everyday life?

Co-created by regenerative designers Tamsin Smith and Robert Parry, the deck was developed in response to a growing sense that many of the ideas shaping our future remain abstract and out of reach. Nature’s Alchemy offers a different approach. Something tangible. Something you can hold. Something you can return to in the middle of a real day.

The result is a set of 78 illustrated cards designed to deepen connection to self, others, and the living world. The deck is structured across three A to Z interwoven suits, each offering a distinct way into awareness and insight.

Mindful Maps reveal the hidden patterns shaping how we see and act in the world. Drawing on frameworks such as Autopoiesis and Bioregioning, they make complexity more visible and open up new ways of thinking.

Embodied Experiences invite a shift out of the head and into direct, lived experience. Through simple practices such as Awareness and Grounding, they reconnect attention to the body, the senses, and the present moment.

Nature’s Nutrients explore qualities and energies that are felt rather than analysed, including Abundance, Reciprocity, Courage, and Stillness. These cards invite a return to what is already here, strengthening intuitive knowing and inner awareness.

The cards can be used in a light-touch way, such as drawing a single card as a daily prompt, or more intentionally within coaching, group work, or personal inquiry. Even a brief pause can interrupt habitual patterns and open up new ways of seeing.

Nature’s Alchemy is designed for individuals, facilitators, coaches, and educators who are seeking more connected, reflective, and regenerative ways of living and working.

The project is currently in a small testing phase, with a wider launch planned via crowdfunding in the coming months.
